Cygnet Wharf is the latest development in the University of Lincoln’s Student Village. The complex is located at the centre of campus and adjacent to the Brayford Pool, offering easy access to all University buildings and the city centre.
Cygnet Wharf has been designed to offer a traditional ‘halls of residence experience’ in a modern environment. The complex is made up of three contemporary buildings of self-catered apartments, providing 442 cluster ensuite bedrooms for undergraduates, set out in 44 cluster flats of varying sizes but primarily 10 and 12 bedrooms. The clusters are sub-divided by the central living space so that students access this space from corridors containing between 5 - 6 bedrooms, some apartments have rooms specifically designed for students with disabilities.
The development also provides waterside office and retail accommodation.
